We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase from our Vanity Girl Pop Up! However, if within 30 days from your purchase date you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will refund you your product purchase price, less a 15 percent re-stocking fee.  You are responsible for both the original and return shipping charges. We do not offer refunds once the 30 days has past.

In order to receive a refund, please contact our Customer Service department at PopUpHelp@VanityGirlWorld.com within 30 days of your purchase in order to receive a Returned Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number.  The RMA number must be written on the outside of the box.  Once you have the RMA number, please ship the product back to our shipping center at the following address:

We cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned product once you ship it.  As such, we recommend that you ship the product via a shipping service that offers tracking and covers your item with insurance..

The product must be returned to us undamaged and in its original packaging, along with any and all product accessories and inserts.  Upon receiving the returned merchandise, we will inspect the product and if it meets our return policy, credit will be applied to your credit card or original form of payment (net of the restocking fees) within 3 normal business days. It may take longer for the refund amount to show up at your bank or credit card statement.
