Vanity Girl Hollywood x B2V Pop Up Shop Event for American Express Small Business Saturday featuring actress producer Wendi McLendon Covey to benefit Stories: the AIDS Monument

Happy Small Business Saturday!

We're so excited to partner with my friends over at B2V Salon and hold a little Pop Up IRL today at 3:30 and an after party at The Abbey. Our signature white Broadway mirror will be on display as our B2V friends offer up a lash and a curl bar, and they will also be selling amazing products including their own signature line.

My friend Wendi McLendon Covey, actress and producer, will stop by to show her support for Small Businesses and proceeds will go to benefit Stories: the AIDS Monument.  And we will have some of our new Pop Products for purchase there as well.

Our featured products will include:

About Small Business Saturday:  This is a day to celebrate and connect shoppers to local small businesses, and this year we’re excited that several local celebrities will be participating in West Hollywood! Created by American Express in 2010 to respond to small business owners’ need for more customers during the holiday shopping season, this annual event has grown to 112 million consumers nationwide. Small Business Saturday takes place each year on the Saturday after Thanksgiving.  Read more about our West Hollywood festivities, including an interview with me, here!

P.S. One of my favorite influencers and friends, Brian Champagne ,asked how I got so involved with American Express and their Small Business Saturday Initiative. It's because I give back to our West Hollywood business community through serving on the Chamber Board of Directors as its First Vice Chair. I've been on the Board for over 15 years.  Brian said I don't talk enough about my civic involvement, so that's why I'm sharing that with you and encouraging all of you to also get involved with your local Chamber of Commerce to help build strong communities where you live! I just happen to call West Hollywood "home."
